Boiler was stuk. Hangt buiten niet beschermd; Conclusie : doorroest en water liep er uit. Was wel vlug hersteld.

Large, very well equipped town house overlooking the sea. Kitchen has everything you need including dishwasher, washer, dryer, lots of crockery, cutlery etc. Beautiful sunsets from the large terrace. 15 minute walk to the shops and restaurants of Marina Rubicon. Private parking.

First impressions were poor. Seems to be managed by a remote company. All curtains and blinds closed - it appeared no-one had been in that day to prepare it. No furniture on the terrace, unswept. We found it hard to carry the sun loungers and the umbrella did not stay up. We had to search for the towels (in cupboard under bathroom basin). We requested an additional pillow each but were told (through messaging service) that this was not allowed, so we used cushions. No additional bedding etc, in second bedroom - if booking and want to use both rooms make sure you advise them in advance.

Traumhafte Lage wenn man einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchte. Trotzdem zentral für Einkäufe und Promenade am Meer für Spaziergänge und Radtouren.

Nichts alles perfekt

The sea view. The mostly quiet area. The large comfortable sofa, and TV not too high on the wall. The Wi-Fi. The location - easy walk to the marina and on into Playa Blanca. Plus supermarket close by. Perfect for two people.

Bathroom and kitchen could do with a little maintenance.

Nos gusto mucho la amplitud, las vistas a la piscina y el mar y que no le faltaba de nada:comodidad como la de una casa. Esta ubicado al lado de las mejores playas de Lanzarote y al lado del puerto deportivo que fue una zona que nos gustó mucho!!!

Algunas zonas estaban un poco sucias con pelusas, y algún que otro pelo en el baño...

Location and view were both amazing. Pool was gorgeous. Beds were comfortable. Lots of space and very clean.

Bathrooms need updating. Downstairs curtains need replacing. Air conditioning and a safe would be good additions.

Las vistas preciosas y relajantes. La ubicación. En general la casa cómoda y práctica, los colchones muy bien. Se agradece un aseo en la planta baja también.
