Las Moreras Playa Blanca

La vue est superbe, la situation un peu à l’écart du centre nous correspondait complètement compte tenu de l’accès direct au remblais. L’appartement était très propre et bien équipé. Les chaises longues sur la terrasse sont très appréciables. La piscine est agréable. Il y a une supérette tout près.

Les logements sont assez sonores. Il n’y a pas de transat autour de la piscine.

The sea view house was very comfortable and the views amazing. We had a lovely time. Only 10 minute walk to the marina. Would highly recommend.

The location and view and facilities were exceptional.

Decent location. We always stay around this area and know it well. It’s near the harbour not the main resort. The accommodation was secure and near a supermarket. It had a new upstairs bathroom which was nice.

Be careful which you book. The one on the front is the one that gets the good reviews. The others have pool views. Ours was very tired inside compared to others we’ve stayed in. Plug socket hanging out of wall, tv on a slant. Only 2 sun beds( not good condition) with 4 people? The local residents are NOT friendly. All the locals blanked us entire stay apart from one couple. The German neighbour complained we’d woken him up at 1am with having a shower. We all asleep by 12-30 and had no idea what he was talking about! No welcome pack when you arrive, no water and 3 toilet rolls for a week. We’ve paid £1000 pound, I’m sure some effort could be made. The owner situation is very odd. They don’t show their face but are watching you! Our friends hired one on the front and we called in for a drink one day. They were messaged straightaway by the owners about how many people were in the house! On another day, My wife took a cushion from inside for the sun bed and it fell off onto the floor, a woman (owner? )Who knows she never said, walked past and took cushion and walked off! On our last day we asked if we could leave our luggage somewhere, we were told no as the cleaners were coming. A neighbour ( the 1 friendly one) looked after our bags) we returned at 5pm and the cleaners had NOT BEEN so we could have left the bags after all, which I think we all knew. On an our last day my daughter tried to speak to a Spanish neighbour. The woman responded very rudely that “you lot think everyone should speak English !” How bizarre? It’s obvious the local full time residents dislike the people hiring the accommodation. Well they didn’t like us which is odd as our family causes zero fuss or noise!

Excellent location, just ten minutes' stroll around the coastal path to the marina. Waking up to a sea view was pretty special! We stayed in a 3 bed house, it had everything we needed for our stay including kitchen items. There are two supermarkets around the corner, a hiperdino and a British supermarket, plus a nice Indian restaurant and a cafe/bar. The house is nicely decorated and comfortable. The hosts were available and gave clear instructions for how to enter the property (key box). Each apartment has an allocated parking space. We didn't try the pool area as it was very windy when we stayed, but it looked nice and others were swimming. The private terrace on the coast side is shaded from the wind and gets the sun in the afternoon, great for sunbathing or eating outside. Decent WiFi and tv if needed as well 😊

Amazing views !

Unfortunately, the owner, who was staying next door and next door but one with family, watched our every move from Wednesday to Saturday by walking past our terrace, glaring over the wall and tooting through her window . She sent me a few messages via booking.com over our weeks stay 1 . to tell me that we were not allowed to take a cushion off the couch and use on the terrace chairs . (Outside chairs were really uncomfortable without a cushion ). 2.accusing me of having more people in the apartment than what we’d said . It happens my sister and family visited one afternoon for lunch . They were actually staying in one of her other apartments on the complex . 3. Told me not to take extra dining wooden chairs out round the terrace table ! 4. She originally said we could have a late checkout then changed her mind and didn’t offer left luggage . Finally she didn’t once smile at us or introduce / welcome us to her apartment! there were only two sun loungers for four of us ! If she can guarantee you a stay when she’s not around you’ll have a fab time in the apartment.

Very spacious and a good location with excellent views.

In our opinion the beds were very hard. We are in our 60’s and we would have slept much better with a mattress topper. This was the only thing.

Magnificent location,views of ocean, quiet - no cars. Facilities need to be updated,beds- plastic mattress protectors not good enough.Curtains need replacing - wholes in fabric,black out blinds hanging off. Only left 1 bin liner,1 washing machine pod,1 used scourer,no toiletries - not very welcoming. Advertise all English TV channels - not one, no cable lead connected to TV , maintenance man installed one- still no channels ,- don't advertise it if you cannot supply it. Power kept on tripping - major electrical problems in this apartment - loose lighting wires in kitchen area . Gave up cooking a meal in the oven,had to throw the meal out and go out for a meal -all power kept going off- not good enough for the money we paid.

It had absolutely everything we needed. Very spacious, loads of utilities, super clean, bye rocky beach, plenty of towels, washer and dryer etc

It was noisy from neighbours and pretty far from town
