Nothing . at 4 PM when we were scheduled to pick up the keys and arrive at the accommodation, we get informed that the heating isn’t working and what did we want to do. Well, it was like +8 Celsius, so there’s no way we wanted to stay in a place with no heat. Why did they leave it till that time when we’re driving towards our accommodation to tell us that it wasn’t habitable.?? How’s that for customer service! About an hour and a half later, this is after we had waited two hours in Granada before we were able to go to our 4 o’clock move in. So in fact, we were 3 1/2 hours of wasted time, we were moved into a very different accommodation. This had three bedrooms which we wanted, but it had no living area. Just a kitchen with a table and chairs. No communal living area at all. And no outdoor terrace. How’s that for customer service!! So it’s pretty hard to recommend the place we never saw and we’re substituted with something that was far inferior to what we had reserved. No compensation was offered to us either.

La casa es comoda y espaciosa. Esta bien ubicada. Hemos estado muy bien.

La calefaccion es complicada pero una vez le coges el punto estás muy agusto.

La ubicación y el tamaño de la casa. Nos sentimos muy cómodos allí.

Las indicaciones para llegar a la casa podrían ser más claras, al igual que las instrucciones para abrir el garaje. Nos quedamos sin calefacción ni agua caliente en varias ocasiones y habríamos agradecido un mejor servicio y una respuesta más rápida, ya que no vino nadie y tuvimos que arreglárnoslas solos. Para una casa de este tamaño, faltaban platos y productos de limpieza. Algunos detalles requieren atención, como las duchas, que gotean o están obstruidas.

The room looks newly renovated, but as soon as we entered there was a strong smell, and only after keeping the windows open for a long time did it feel a bit better. The worst part was that the neighbor next door—possibly the owner or another tenant—seemed to have turned off the main boiler valve, which left us without heating and hot water for an entire night, and the situation remained the same until we checked out the next day. The staff were unable to solve any of the problems. They could only say they would check the situation and apologize, but our whole family had to endure the cold in the middle of winter, wrapped in thick clothes. The children couldn’t even take hot showers.

La calefacción. Primero ni funcionaba y luego, cuando fueron a revisar, no se podía controlar con termostato y no se apagaba. Tmpco pudimos llegar a ver la tv (con 3 niños importante) aunque fueron a ver porque… no supieron dejarla funcionando.
