VILLA PAQUITA

A great villa with all the things you need to hand, great for a family of 4 with 2 decent bedrooms, pool area is good.

A bit of a walk to the main restaurants etc, I couldn't find a small brush to clean up the BBQ properly, but that's it!!

The owners are lovely people and very helpful with everything you need! The villa itself and the pool is exactly like the pictures.

The villa is in a residential neighbourhood, so it's rather quiet. The neighbours do have dogs that you sometimes hear and there is light constructionwork going on in the daytime in a nearby neighbourhood. But still a rather quiet place to relax and explore the island.

We loved the villa, it was in a gated complex, really safe and private. The villa had everything we could wish for and as there was only my wife and I we had loads of room. The kitchen was well equipped with all the appliances you could wish for in a villa. The bedrooms had plenty of wardrobe space and hangers. Nice comfy beds. The bathrooms were spacious and the showers had more than enough power, a nice touch was the complimentary hand wash and shower gels. The pool was lovely to dip into after a hard day sunbathing. We were met at the villa by the owner's Gianni and his lovely wife Angela. Gianni couldn't do enough for us and to have him locally for any issues was comforting. A great experience and we would definitely recommend Villa Paquita and we will be revisting.

The villa met our expectations so I cannot say anything negative.

Se trata de una villa de dos plantas, con piscina privada muy soleada y una agradable terraza para hacer vida exterior. Estaba muy limpia y cuenta con suministros básicos (jabón, gel, detergente, papel higiénico, sal, azúcar) necesarios para la vida diaria. Todo funciona bien. Los dueños son muy agradables y están atentos. Proporcionan además un servicio de limpieza con cambio de ropa blanca cada 8 días.

Se encuentra en una zona un tanto desangelada, rodeada de obras, aunque realmente el ruido no se oía mucho. El coche es imprescindible. Salvo por una noche, que hubo una fiesta en una terraza, el barrio es bastante tranquilo. De vez en cuando se oía algún perro, pero nada anormal ni excesivo

El trato y la zona de piscina muy agradable. Los anfitriones excepcionales para todo lo que necesitáramos. La villa está en una zona muy, muy tranquila y con buenas medidas de seguridad y aparcamiento en la zona. Zona de piscina por un lado y de barbacoa por otro y una habitación en zona alta con baño interior y una maravillosa terraza, aunque nosotros usamos en esa semana prácticamente solo la parte baja de la casa.

Esta en una urbanitzacio força tranquila. La piscina molt assolejada i la casa molt amplia. Estava molt neta, molt ben equipada. Els propietaris molt amables i servicials.

Els llits massa tous pel nostre gust i la climatologia no va ajudar a que estigues neta la terrassa i la piscina. Pero molt amablement ens van venir a netejar-la abans.

La maison correspond parfaitement aux photos et au descriptif. La maison est propre et tres fonctionnelle idéale pour des vacances "repos" ou comme "camp de base" pour la visite de l'ile. Le quartier est calme, légèrement à l'ecart, il faut prévoir un véhicule pour les courses ou pour aller aux restaurants. Gianni est adorable et serviable. Je recommande!
