Świetny nocleg w dobrej cenie. Spokojna okolica, kwadrans spacerem na stare miasto. Bezproblemowe parkowanie przy ulicy. Przesympatyczny gospodarz.

estábamos cerca del recinto ferial los vecinos eran tranquilos (aunque en calles paralelas no)

- al llegar el apartamento olía mucho a tabaco - el aire acondicionado funcionó el primer día pero el resto no, solo los ventiladores funcionaban y con el calor que hacía era inhumano - ⁠nos encontramos un total de 3 cucarachas en el apartamento, tanto en las habitaciones como en la cocina y es muy antihigiénico - ⁠la sartén estaba en malas condiciones y cualquier cosa que cocinases se ponía negra, además no se proporcionaba ni sal, ni detergente, ni aceite, utensilios imprescindibles para cualquier cocina - ⁠el espejo del baño estaba roto

Es un sitio espacioso y tranquilo, la ducha funciona perfectamente y tenía hasta ventilador, camas literas la de abajo sobre para hasta 3 personas por habitación.

No se aparca fácil, faltan algunas cosas para poder usar la cocina, y los anteriores huéspedes como que fumaban... Demasiado. Dejando toda la vajilla con olor.

La independencia, de tener el alojamiento en exclusiva. Estaba con una correcta limpieza y con todo lo necesario en la zona de Office. Con su placa de inducción, menaje de cocina y frigorífico.

Se publicita como casa de dos dormitorios cuando sólo había disponible uno, el otro estaba cerrado. El gestor te indica que debes ser tu con tu teléfono quien se instale una app para registrar tus datos en el registro oficial de hospedaje.

El dueño fue muy cordial, la casa muy limpia, la ubicación fue buenísima, todo funcionaba correctamente, solo estuvimos 2 noches pero todo muy correcto lo recomiendo.

Lo único que no me gustó fueron los cojiines de las camas para dormir que eran muy duros y muy grandes para nada que no se pueda areglar si coges los cojines del sofá.
