Old Navy House

La ubicación estaba muy bien, muy céntrico y cerca de la playa. La casa estaba muy bonita y ordenada. La cocina era bastante completa y grande, con muchas opciones para poder cocinar.

A pesar de los ventiladores, el calor sigue siendo algo sofocante durante el verano.

Дуже сподобалося усе. Дуже зручне розташування у районі Бадалона - тихий і дуже гарний район, море поряд, є ресторани, зручно доїхати на метро у центр. Дуже привітний персонал. Чиста постіль і рушники, на кухні є все для приготування їжі. Сама оселя колоритна в іспанському стилі, що особливо нам сподобалося❤️

Nice clean house. Good location, close to the centre of Barcelona. Badalona is really nice place to eat and go to the beach.

The house looks nice, the host was responsive (only via mobile) but the problem of the great heat INSIDE the house has compromised the enjoyment of staying there.

The old house in the alleys of Badalona has been renovated but we were not able to enjoy the possible comforts during our stay because it is an extremely hot house, with the bedrooms in the attic and with very small windows that do not allow air to circulate. Both day and night the rooms are a heat bomb, the fans placed in every room do not help to find relief, they also make the noise of a reactor so sleeping was hard for the heat and the noise of the fan. After a day out touring Barcelona all you want to have is a bit of rest and relief at home, instead we found the house more hot than the weather outside. It wasn’t a relief to get back home so we spent most of the time outside as we couldn’t enjoy the comfort of the house. I travelled with family (4 people) and we were extremely unsatisfied as we are used to very hot weather, and even if it wasn’t that hot, the house was an oven. Less important things, that I would pass on if there wasn’t this big house-climate problem are: not sufficient towels (upon request we were given more but they were fabric-new and not washed). Ants in the kitchen, two webcam in the house (I guess for security reasons, however it’s an invasion of our privacy), the bathroom located on the ground floor, very inconvenient to reach in the middle of the night, if you need it, via the shaky and quite unsafe spiral staircase. The electronic door opening system (via mobile phone app) is not that practical, because if your mobile dies you can’t enter the house. Accommodation to be absolutely avoided in the Summer unless they will install air conditioners.

This property was absolutely perfect. Amazing location in quiet badalona and very close to the beach. The neighbors were very nice as well. The home felt like a home and exuded a Spanish energy. Great appliances for cooking and taking care of ourselves etc. The patio area is perfect and one of the rooms has access to a balcony. All the rooms have fans which was amazing. We would love to stay here again. The host was also responsive and helpful!

3 bedrooms in lovely small city near the beach and easy to reach Barcelona with metro.

Not suitable for people with walking difficulties because of stairs and steps to bathroom. For us it was no problem.
