Old Navy House

We loved the location which is in the old part of Badalona and is very private. The property was authentic and homely with some very pretty features and an outside courtyard. By day it had a happy Spanish feel about it with the school nearby a little bar and shops that are a short walk away and at night it was very quiet and peaceful. Communication with the owner was very good with 100% response and very quick.

What's not to like!

We loved the patio and the location was excellent. About 5-10 minutes from the metro station and about 15-20 minutes from the seafront (at our pace!)

When we arrived we found the toilet was downstairs but all the bedrooms were upstairs. This was not clear from the description and fortunately didn't prove to be a problem, but it might be something that other renters may need to know.

Love the place, love the location. It’s like having a little house and living with locals. Perfect for 4 adults maximum. Very clean and easy access. Fast reply and everything we need. About 15 minutes walk to the beach. I would go back anytime!

Could be a bit noisy from the bell of the church and the school playground near by. But after a few days, we got use to it. Somehow, an amazing place.

It was very clean when we arrived. Excellent location - 5 minutes to a beautiful beach, close to shops, cafes, grocery store, metro and train. Definitely a “local” experience and not touristy. Good lay out of the house and we loved being in the old quarter and next to the beautiful church.

It was very humid in the house and very very hot at night - a fan in each room did not suffice. Also we arrived and the dish soap, hand soap were almost empty. We had to purchase more, although the kitchen is fully equipped otherwise.
