Villa Martha casa principal anexa

Très bon accueil du propriétaire qui est discret mais disponible pour nous donner des bons plans de visites, restaurants, sorties...endroit calme, propre,parking facile. Je recommande ce lieu pour un séjour à Lanzarote

La casa es bastante grande y cuenta con muchos servicios, la zona es bastante tranquila.

La zona de la piscina, comedor y barbacoa son compartidas con otros dos apartamentos. Se escuchaban a los huespedes de los apartamentos discutir y nos movían continuamente las cosas en el patio. Buscabamos tranquilidad y había flujo de gente continuamente entrando y saliendo por la puerta principal que compartíamos los 3 apartamentos.

Excellent property, amazing hosts, fabulous house, all facilities and beach on à walk distance, à small stroll away, just loved every bit of it, thank u Celso and Martha

Fairly spacious appartment in quiet and calm area of town, with all the essentials and appliances you need. There's a nice outside terrace with a heated and clean pool and a barbecue area. You can use deckchairs and a lot of other water and pool related items. A lot of free parking space on the street, supermarket very close. Super helpful and kind host Celso, he provided a lot of useful information about things to see and good restaurants.

This is a typical reasonably priced Canary islands appartment. It could be simply awesome, but lacks regular maintenance (doors and windows don't open and close smoothly, kitchen faucet a bit loose, kitchen cabinet door broken, worn outside chairs, ankle-breaking channel around the pool machinery lid in front of BBQ area, very worn out non-stick pans,...). But the main negative thing was unclear communication about the appartment itself. I was very specifically searching for an accomodation, where we could use the entire facility by ourselves. It still says "Entire Holiday Home" and it can be found when you use the filter "Entire homes & appartments". Yes, I admit it was my mistake not to thoroughly check all the small print and guest comments, which revealed that it's far from "entire home". To make it short - you share everything except the interior of your appartment with another guest, staying in the neighboring appartment, and a part of host's family, who also permanently live there. Don't get me wrong - they are all very nice people and other guests were also fine, but I have very specifically searched for something completely different. I've learned something new and I will be very suspicious of word "anexa" in the future. It would be fair to future guests if the flag "entire home" is removed from this property.

L’emplacement et la piscine

Pour une famille avec enfants ou ceux qui apprécient les logements propres ; passez votre chemin. Logement peu commode, très sale y compris le mobilier. Draps avec très mauvaise odeur. Problème de ventilation ; salle de bain très vétuste avec pas mal de moisissures, une des 3 chambres ressemble à un cagibit meublé avec de la récupération et très insalubre. Est ce un logement divisé en 3? Que dire de l’extérieur?? Si vous aimez un peut d’intimité, pareil, on oublie, la baie vitré du voisin est directement sur votre table extérieur, son transat devant votre porte d’entrée…bref, nous avons fuis dès la première nuit.
