Property was spotlessly clean, the hosts were very welcoming and even offered for us to visit the goats and animals which was lovely. We had everything we could have needed and the breakfast items were a lovely extra. Great location for visiting the steam railway and we also had a great walk and meal to the local pub The Crown Inn in Sydenham

Comfortable, clean and quiet accommodation with convenient parking and easy access to M40

Breakfast items very basic, more Asda than Waitrose. I would welcome more upmarket brands of tea, coffee, juice, yoghurt etc

There is nothing negative about this property.

Breakfast items had been left out and in the fridge and were perfect. Body wash, shampoo etc. had been put in the bathroom. The property was immaculately clean and the hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming.

Modern and beautifully presented . Long narrow room with sloping ceilings, little kitchenette at one end, shower room at the other. Had everything we needed for a short stay, including provisions for a simple breakfast. Quality and attention to detail from the owners. Spotlessly clean.

Steep stairs and the low ceiling heights wouldn’t suit everyone .

Clean. V comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. Plenty of space. Kitted out with everything you need. Safe parking next to the entrance with security cameras so wasn’t worried about leaving things in the car. Peaceful. Friendly accommodating hosts. And was 10 mins away from Wormesley where I was attending an event.

The accommodation is exceptional, it is well designed, welcoming the moment you walk through the door, you can see how much pride has been taken in planning and designing. If your planning to visit the area for more than one day , then I definitely recommend you stay here, If available. It's quiet ,peaceful, and if you like the countryside, there are plenty of walks nearby, to get out and explore.
