Fantastische ligging, leuke indeling van het huisje. Fijne plek, echt vakantie. We hebben hier ontzettend genoten.

Location was terrific

Second bedroom too small, back door made of plywood and front and back of property dirty with weeds and rusty.

It was comfortable, quirky and clean. Sofa and bed very comfortable. Well situated, near the sea. Would stay again.

Front door lock very stiff, difficult to open at times, said toiletries included, but only a tiny bar of soap. Only hand shower, would benefit from an attachment to hold, as made difficult to shower as pressure was very high, so water goes everywhere.

The cottage is perfect. Has everything you'd need ,and very clean . Loved the decor too. Location is perfect, very short walks to everything. Great night's sleep too.

Fantastic location - short walk to beach/ cafes/ pubs. Gorgeous cafe at the end of the promenade overlooking the sea Lovely decoration and wonderful atmosphere. It’s a cute and perfect cosy fisherman cottage - just what I had imagined and the photos spot on. Real bliss and very thoughtful in seaside decor! Cromer was wonderful - lovely beach, nice vibe and easy drive to other places. Good pressure in shower head Very clean Welcome crisps/ biscuits (though see below) Comfy bed and sofa Kitchen had what was needed Nice little front yard for a gin and tonic.

WiFi was very poor and really unusable. Also meant you couldn’t use the tv as nothing would load- they did tell me they are looking into upgrading from 3G but until they do it doesn’t really work! Parking - really there isn’t any. There are three spaces outside the cottage for about twenty cottages so it’s unlikely you will get one. The car park nearby is about a five minute walk and we parked in double yellow outside to do the pack up from cottage. There is also an elderly man who seemed quite anxious about the parking and spent a long time by the door looking at who was going in the spaces. We got in a space one evening and one morning during our trip. It rained one day and was a bit chilly and we looked forward to coming “home” to the gas stove in the parlour but sadly it didn’t work and there was no instructions with the house to tell us how anything worked including the heating. There is no stand in shower just the shower head on the bath but it was good pressure and you just stood in the bath and held it over you. The bath is lovely. A small point but in arrival they left milk, some aldi cheese straws, some biscuits and crisps but no tea bags. I didn’t expect the nice things they did leave but it’s always good to have a couple of tea bags / coffee for first cup. Particularly when it’s a ten minute walk to the car park to bring the bags in.

Location was fantastic, very quaint and clean cottage overall. The house is split across 3 floors but the steps were easy enough for my 5 year daughter to use independently. Bed and towel linens of great quality. Decoration / furniture was very fitting and added to the positive experience.

Stains of mould in the shower curtain, waste bin missing in the toilet; was very hard to get a comfortable temperature with the shower and no hook to hang the shower head. Windows were quite dirty on the outside (old cobwebs etc). All Smaller room metal frame bed (not the yellow bed shown in pictures) is very wobbly and the bed frame seems to have damaged part of the wall decoration. Feedback shared with the owner, who took it into account.

The cottage is beautifully restored with many original features and modern additions sympathetic to the style.The location is great. Just 75 yards from the water and four cafes just a few steps from the front door. Our host was a wonderful (and patient) communicator and answered all questions by return.

Not a criticism but this property is on 3 floors. A possible challenge for anyone with mobility issues.

We had a problem with the key box, booking.com sent an incorrect code but I then found a message from the host with another number and that was correct Staircase was a little tricky and the 2nd bedroom was very small.
