Excellent location. Well appointed and very clean

Cody, had all it needed and very close to all of the village amenities. Also provided car parking permit, making that very easy too.

Location was outstanding!

Would have been very helpful to have had the instructions for how to find the cottage + the key code before we arrived. Otherwise, excellent communication all round.

Tastefully decorated, pretty, clean and quiet Easy to check in Easy to walk to restaurants V near wonderful old village shop which sells an array of fresh food including delicious pasties, pastries etc Would love to stay again

With a quick response, we were able to work out how to switch on the upstairs heating. Don't park your car under a tree in the car park... it was bombed by pigeons!

Very comfortable cottage in center of Alfriston. Ideal for two persons staying for a short period Comfortable bed and very good shower

Owners were a bit stingy with the consumables; only two dishwaser tables, two spare toilet rolls two teabags and one tiny bar of soap for the shower is insufficient for a 4 night stay.

Estancia perfecta en Rose Cottage. La casa es preciosa, muy cómoda y estaba todo impecable. La ubicación es ideal, en pleno centro y muy tranquila. Muy recomendable, volveríamos sin dudarlo.

Location in centre of village. Free parking.

Extractor fan external cover flapped in the wind! Slightly annoying.
