Patrick quickly answered any queries we had about the property and provided a comprehensive guide for the local area, what to expect at the property, etiquette for parking and simple to follow instructions for the heating. The property was in a great location just a short stroll from the beach, shops and the main Portrush commercial district. The bed(s) were very comfy, the house was nice and cosy on arrival and heat easily adjustable to our preference. The house was clean and modernly finished with everything we needed. The area was quiet and felt safe! Thanks Patrick for hosting us. We’ll definitely be back!

House was comfortable,very clean and had all needed for our stay. Host was great in providing infornation. We booked this very last minute after being let down by other accommodation and they were able to arrange this for us seamlessly.

Location is in a residential area, a short walk from town centre but this also has the bonus that it makes it quieter and easy to park.

The house was beautiful, lovely accommodation and very clean. Close to the town centre in walking distance. Patrick made sure we had all the information we needed in plenty time before our stay.

The house was ok and clear instructions for check in.

The shower wasn't working, I wrote an email to the landlord the night before checkout and he didn't reply at all. It's a bit sad it turned out like this because the house was good and in a good location. Sadly, none of us couldn't take a shower regardless the large amount of money we paid for one night. I wouldn't go back.

Couldnt fault one thing this house was just lovely very clean an comfortable.
