Lovely converted chapel in a quiet village. Beautiful church nearby with equally beautiful cat and friendly church warden . Great place for a weekend away

The property is stunning and the location is great if you are looking to have a complete chill and enjoy the chapel and it's amazing views

The garden is quite small and deceiving in the photos, the land the back of the property is not owned and you are forebided from using. notes how to leave leave things like the oven cleaner than when found. Pet friendly but not allowed on beds and sofas. heating and fridge is kept on low, to save the cost of energy. which should be reflected in the price. the bedding and towels were really clean, but bathrooms have limescale around the taps and ensuit panel was dusty. BBQ is small and not the cleanest. the garden your allowed to use is fairly small and owner would be better to by land behind to encrase the offering of its open space with character and history

The Chapel is very charming and extremely spacious for the six of us . The pool table , TV and games were great . Kitchen is very well equipped . Thank you for providing cleaning products . Liked the log fire and we’re grateful for the wood supplied . Communication with Katy was very easy and response time was excellent . check in and out was easy .

We found the BBQ dirty and had to clean it before use . We’ve left it in a better condition . Blackout blinds would have helped a good night’s sleep as would more pillows on the bed . Heaters weren’t adequate to heat such a large space ; we felt very cold sitting in the lounge due to the unseasonal weather . Would suggest providing blankets. In the Summer the property must be lovely .

A lovely converted chapel with a good amount of space for a holiday break. The property has 3 double rooms, 2 bathrooms, a sitting room and a kitchen. There is electric heating throughout with an open fire in the kitchen that you can use if you want to. Our host had left us kindling, firefighters, coal and wood. The main bathroom (off the kitchen) has a bath and shower, it has a heated floor and there is lots of hot water. There is an outdoor seating area with a BBQ. Kitchen is well equipped with good quality appliances. All very clean, beds comfortable. We particularly like the chess set and table 😊

Nothing. Only thing to be aware of, as this is a converted chapel, the staircase to the upstairs bedroom is quite narrow so may not suit someone with reduced mobility ( the other 2 bedrooms are downstairs).

Very spacious property in a quiet location. Easy checkin. Very clean with good kitchen amenities. We LOVED the pool table.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the chapel. A note for wintertime guests - due to electric heat throughout, the house might be temperature cold at check in - we adjusted the heaters immediately and got warmed up within a few hours. A suggestion for the host - more throw blankets and mirrors in the house - and as she mentioned, there should be a hairdryer arriving in there soon - thank you!
