Lovely & homely property very comfortable

Need outside light at the front door / very busy road to cross

Cleanliness, nicely furnished and well equipped

Road noise! (Unfortunately not much you can do about that). Slight unpleasant aroma downstairs

Location of the property. It was well decorated, comfortable, and clean.

Little tired round the edges eg seats at dinning table a bit worn.

Comfortable, great location stay

Unlocking the door from inside, wasn't easy. Took some getting used to ,😄

Dales Edge was very comfortable and well appointed. It had everything we needed. We liked the separate shower and cloakroom facility downstairs and also the outdoor seating area.

The parking is the worst problem, although we generally found a space in one of the side roads.

Well equipped and very clean house with ample free parking. Great location for canal walks into town

Some noise from the busy road was the only downside

The property was lovely, modern and clean. Had everything we needed.

The seat covers on the dinning table were quite damaged and didn’t look good. The road noise was quite bad too (although this isn’t the properties fault)

The house was very comfortable. I had inquired in advance about specific kitchen implements and Nick responded quickly, so we were able to plan accordingly. A couple of things came up during our stay and, again, Nick responded quickly.

It wasn’t clear in the property photos, at least to me, that the house is on a main road. The vehicle noise was noticeable but not disruptive.

Lovely bath and beds comfy

The main road which is vey busy for walking along with a young child.
