Dales Edge - Skipton

Our 6th time at Dales Edge over the last few years. A great location for a base to explore the dales. The property has everything we need and is always comfortable.

A little decorative maintenance is required, specifically in the living room.

It had everything we needed for our holiday.

Very busy road, very noisy day and night, very little sleep it was that loud.

The pictures don't lie. Beds very comfortable eveverything you need and very clean, bit noisy on main rd but didn't bother us. Lovely walk down canal only 15 minutes into town centre , where there's lots of bars restaurants shops. Host very helpful with any questions we had. Definitely go back.

The only problem was the cushions on the couch all cushioned with feathers. Not good for me as allergic unfortunately. But they are all fab and very comfy. Just not for me 😩

Exceptionally clean, well located property a short walk along the canal into the town. Fantastic walks around the castle. With some great pubs to finnish. We will be back again thank you.

Nothing to dislike

Lovely house, had everything you could need for a short stay. Nice courtyard to enjoy some evening sunshine. Close to the canal to walk into the town centre.

Unfortunately windows are closed due to some road noise so upstairs can get warm. A minor issue and there are roof fans.

Nothing to dislike. The only gripe I had was no information sheet for fire and another tea towel would have been handy as no dishwasher but only minor things
