It was extremely well equipped with everything we needed for a super holiday. The space outside was tremendous with a beautiful garden,patio with lovely furniture and a great gas barbecue. The property inside was very comfortable and homely with everything we needed. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

"Fantastic place to stay!"

Fantastic stay at the Coach house. Beautiful location and great value for money. Nice large fridge. The freezer that was available was small but fine for our needs. The beds were very comfortable and the bath was wonderfully large and a real treat. We would love to stay again if we get the opportunity. The TV and Wi Fi were fantastic. A lovely private garden and a very pleasant 50 minute walk in to Orford.

There were alot of flies, but that is to be expected on a farm and in the hot weather. The Rayburn was a little tricky to work out, as we only cooked pizza it was fine for our stay. But if I wanted to cook a roast for a Christmas lunch, a little more instruction would be welcome.
