Romantic Croft with Private Hot Tub

Such a stunning place to stay, lovely views! Amazing interior really liked the bbq hut and the hottub. Amazing hottub! Takes a while to heat but lady will do it for a charge or tell you how to do it. Lovely lady who owns the property. Very kind and helpful!

Unfortunately needed more lighting in the bbq pit when cooking food at night in winter. Need a lighter rather than a match but they did work. Needs work doing to the road going in and out of the property and the parking is very difficult.

Mary’s Croft is just a little slice of heaven!!! Michelle is an amazing and attentive host and nothing was too much for her, the shepherds hut looked gorgeous when we arrived, decorated for my husbands 30th and the most delicious cheeseboard! The accommodation is just perfection, in the most gorgeous location…..and the Swedish hot tub is just the icing on the cake. The breakfast pack was locally sourced meat and we cooked it up in the bbq hobbit hut which was so fun. This was our first weekend away in 5 years and I’m so glad we chose The Beeches. We went on a lovely 6 mile walk with our dog and the area is stunning. My husband and I had the best weekend ever here and I will recommend Mary’s to everyone I know and will be returning again soon! There was nothing I didn’t like….Mary’s is perfect.

The hut was very cosy especially when the log fire was lit. The hot tub was very enjoyable, the fire was lit the same way you light a log burner. The bbq hut was a great place to sit, cook and eat some great food.

I enjoyed all aspects of my stay. The bathroom was cold as no room for heating, but soon heated up if the door was left opened.

The location, facilities and especially the hot tub were amazing!

The bed wasn’t very comfy

Accommodation was lovely and clean. Hot tub was excellent!

Had to drive everywhere, nearest pub was a 45 minute walk through fields. Had to pay extra £30 to heat the tub also on top of the £30 per night for the wood.

From Linsey.Excellent in every way except the weather but that’s obviously nothing to do with my hosts.With sheep in a huge field next door and I saw a fox too. I’m pretty sure there would have been lots more wildlife around and I absolutely love all animals,I had an audience of 3 sheep who didn’t run away like the others.To have been there in the sunshine,it would have been heaven on earth,the hot tub with a glass of bubbly or breakfast at the outdoor chairs and table,a barbecue later on for tea.Superb Thanks Michelle and Neil.

What a lovely little place, romantic few nights away from the kids (apart from our 2 dogs who accompanied us) The hottub was amazing, already heated up on arrival for us after a long drive, it perfect place to relax have a soak and a glass or 2, Michelle and neil were so helpful and welcoming to us, nothing was to much trouble Would highly recommend Mary Croft to anybody for a nice chilled few days away Thank you so Michelle and Neil we had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning x
