East Street Beach House - luxury living by the sea

Excellent property to stay at. Very clean, modern and well-located for the beach. Very well-stocked kitchen and comfortable living room were both excellent for a family gathering. The bedrooms and bathrooms were really nice too and felt clean and with a hint of luxury that we all enjoy when we're staying away from home. The hosts couldn't have been more helpful and went out of their way to assist us before and during our stay. Thoroughly recommended if you are visiting Ryde for any reason.

There was nothing about the house itself that was negative at all. It suited us perfectly and had everything we needed.

Very well stocked Lovely welcome supplies including Bread, eggs, fruit and wine. Short walk to Beach. Dog friendly

Garden isn't 100% secure for dogs. They are able to enter another garden.

Great location for the beach and local amenities, really comfortable and well laid out for a big party of 10 guests. Really well equipped kitchen and lovely bonus treats when we arrived, very thoughtful hosts.

Access to the property via steep steps up and steps again from the garden- we had a guest with mobility issues and this was quite tricky to navigate.

Excellent property and within walking distance from Ryde Pier. Breakfast was good, and the stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. Clear communication from the property owner.

Location and facilities are fantastic! Sarah is very nice and considerate. She picked us up when we couldn’t find the house and gave us an extra hour to check out. Thank you so much Sarah for this wonderful vacation.

Love the very large dining table, perfect for our family christmas. Plenty of seating in lounge, perfect for large family. Warm and cosy.

The property is excellent the location specially the lady who manage the property is so humble and helpful 5 stars for her and the amenities the comfort of the house is excellent

* The communications from Sarah & Ed were excellent & clear. * The information pack was very useful but they were more than happy to answer questions directly via Booking Messages and also promptly. * The House was spotlessly clean, very well equipped especially the kitchen * The hosts also left a very welcomed goodies pack which included milk, eggs, coffee, teas (boutique), jams, honey, butter, artesian bread - not expected but very much appreciated. * would stay there again and certainly recommend to family/friends. * Off road parking
