Upon arrival the overall look of the interior caravan was beautiful, well presented and VERY spacious. There were lots of kitchen items which is handy for families and lots of wardrobe space along with a bath and a separate shower. It is very close to all the facilities so you don’t really need to walk anywhere, although show bar and arcade is quite small. Communication with the hosts were very good and answered my questions very quickly and were happy to help with anything extra.

The exterior of the caravan was dirty which we realised after being there a while and not upon arrival. The curtain rails I feel need a good scrub as they were like sticky/rusty so was very hard to draw them. The main bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable along with the pillows, both constantly waking up with bad backs and necks during our sleep. You could feel every spring in the bed, subsequently we decided not to stay our second night as we didn’t want to be tired for our 4 hour drive home on next to nothing sleep.

The location is good.

Unfortunately our stay wasn`t as pleasant as the other customer`s describe it. I don`t think we have got the quality that was represented on the images at all. The smell in the living room was really bad. Not sure it was the carpet or the sofa or something else. The cleanliness of the place was really bad overall (see pictures): stained chairs, sofa, cushions, bedsheet, etc. Cooking items are in bad bad shape. Based on previous ratings and comments these problems exists for a good few months. Don`t expect any compensation from the host.

How close to the park and venue the caravan was

The restaurant didn't have much space for dining and wasn't very clear. Not many staff around to clean tables. Food was nice but took forever to come out
