I like the location as it is opposite to arcade and restaurant as well as having a steam train station.

There was grass on the table when we came in, bed was not so comfortable.

"made a change but wouldn’t stay there again"

spacious caravan,looked clean but some of the crockery was not as only the top plate had been washed and the ones underneath were dirty.

purchased entertainment passes but unable to use them as the clubhouse was fit to bursting with no tables available by 6.30pm on the Sat night so had to leave,ended up ordering a kebab to be delivered,so a waste of money,never bothered trying again. wasn’t told how to gain entry to the park by the barrier,got turned away and had to reverse and go in to the reception where the woman there gave us a map with the wrong caravan marked on it and then authorise entry through the barrier even though we had told her it was a private booking through booking.com the first time.So not exactly the ideal start to your holiday.

well maintained and very clean. great location for the children’s park and fishing lake. we were here for a football tournament so it was wonderful for that. fabulous location and the kids loved the steam trains coming through! :-) the fishing lakes were a wonderful bonus and we had a great few hours here!

right next to the clubhouse so it’s noisy at night time but that’s to be expected and didn’t really bother us. we were not aware that to the use the facilities would be at an extra expense so that was a little disappointing, would have been nice to know beforehand, but that didn’t stop us using the parks/fishing lakes etc, just couldn’t use the pool or clubhouse without paying £47 for it.
