Good location, nice place, very comfortable and clean

Really need to sort out the Wi-Fi issue and this is a make or break thing for the property, outside light not working, creaky floorboards to main entrance of master bedroom.

We really liked the decor and the little touches for the dog, bed in main bedroom very comfy and a great sized bedroom. 5 minute drive from centre of St ives and great inclosed garden, was very clean throughout.

Didn't have a pen to fill in the guest book sorry!.

The bunk beds weren’t comfortable, had a few aprons in the back but still okay. Wifi isn’t too stable but understand this is due to the area so not in the control of the owner.

Loved the comfort! Felt like home , was so clean and everything was provided

The only downside I would say is that everything is not in walking distance. Like to go to town or the grocery store, even the beach you would have to drive a slight distance.

The property was at a great location, not too far away from the beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better host, great communication from him. The decor and layout of the property is so well thought out! Haven’t got any negatives to say at all our stay couldn’t have been anymore perfect!

It was my first time visiting St. Ives with my two daughters and nothing better than this beautiful cottage which made our stay peaceful and relaxing. the house has everything we needed, very clean and the parking area was just the icing on the cake. The location is great and accessible by bus too. Nice and friendly neighbourhood. We had 2 welcoming bottles of champagne which is great for drinks lovers.
