12 Ivy Cottage

lovely cottage - great if you are bringing a dog a long as there’s a nice sized secure garden. Perfect location to get into St Ives, catch the bus from the caravan site just a minutes walk up the lane. very clean!

In the description it says there is a Barbecue to use however when we arrived there was no sign of one in the garden which was a bit disappointing.

The location is perfect, with lovely short walk to the beaches, parking was a huge plus as it can be hard to get parked in and around St Ives, nice garden for the dog, very comfortable beds, very clean, generally great hosts!

Could possibly supply a few cleaning products just to freshen up the bathrooms over the week, we took bits with us so wasn't a problem but just a thought :)

Standard of equipment, furnishing, decoration are very high with one or two minor issues.(owner advised) Tea, coffee and biscuit welcome pack. Location is quiet with a well laid out garden and patio. Pub nearby 150 metres. Short distance to St Ives for shopping and attractions. Allocated on-road parking. Easy access to miles of stunning countryside and coastal scenery. Once parked, St Ives is pretty and very walkable and main attraction - Hepworth Garden and Tate very easy to find. Owner personable and very responsive to issues and questions.

Noise from adjoining house which owner is working on as another holiday let so probably will be short term, Very loose tap in bathroom and leak from boiler - owner advised. As owner was nearby a check call to say Hi and welcome would have been a nice touch and very easy. Property needs a full length mirror, some local information and a much better welcome info pack for things like heating. tv controls, WIFI, recycling. Info about local pubs, and restaurants with sample menus and contact numbers would have been welcome. St Ives is difficult for parking and in high season would be a nightmare both with visitor numbers and parking so if the coast is an attraction low season is the time to visit.

Me and my family felt amazing here everything is perfect you have everything you need and more. I absolutly love it . Is was clean the bedroom is so big.. the living room is perfect and so simple and fancy the shower was so good they have a bath as well.. so you chose it ..we put the heat on as well and we didn't have any problem was so warm and nice ..the garden is amazing calm and so clean . We have a great Easter here . Thank you !

There is nothing you can moan about it maybe the signal of your'e phone when you get there but is fine cause you have wifi in the house but that's about it

Thank you for a lovely stay. The cottage was very clean and well decorated. We had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the big TV and the amazing shower. We have had very good communication from the host which made everything stress free.

The WiFi signal dropped out regular which made it difficult to watch TV as there in no aerial however mobile data worked fine so we just stream shows from our phone's.

The location was great with parking outside the cottage. wonderful Heating and the thoughtful decor made for a comfortable stay after a long day out.

I would have appreciated some tea, coffee and milk, and laundry detergent. We did ask for this and some was provided.
