The house is clean, well-equipped and in a quiet and pleasant location, with on-street parking always available right outside. Everything was clean, adequate supplies and sheets and towels provided. Good value given the number pf beds and bedrooms. Helpful communication with the host.

The water flow in the showers is a bit feeble, but this is a minor point, it was still possible to take a shower. It would have been helpful to have received the details (exact address and lockbox code) before lunchtime on the day of arrival, given that different members of our party were arriving separately.

Perfect for a friends catch up & seeing the city.

Could do with some hooks in bathrooms & bedrooms. Picture a bit misleading as no trees in the road where house is!

Kevin, the host, was friendly and went the extra mile to help us when we accidentally got locked out, even traveling more than half an hour to open the door for us without any additional charge

Some part of the house a little bit run down and outdated

There were two lovely bathrooms. The kitchen was well-equipped. Bedrooms were clean and modern, and bedlinen was good. It was very hot during our stay but the building cooled down with the windows open. It was easy to park immediately outside the house.

Booked last minute as was let down elsewhere. Good communication with host, few essential bits left for us which was a nice touch. House was clean and comfortable and our group all enjoyed the stay. Plenty of information left regarding local area. Lidl ten mins walk away, which was handy for food shop and fresh pastries in the mornings Further out of the city than we originally wanted but taxis are cheap (£10ish) to get into town but they do need pre-booking! Uber kept rejecting us so we used local taxi company Delta.

We had a brilliant stay, only issue was with heating/hot water on final morning - host did offer to come straight away to fix but as we were leaving anyway we told him not to worry.
