Lovely 3 Bed House Close to Carlyon Bay Beach!

Light and airy rooms, beautiful enclosed garden, comfy beds, fabulous decor! A five minute walk to Carlyon Beach which is huge and dog friendly!

great location, lots of space, excellent facilities. couldn’t have asked for more!

Really lovely property, large well furnished rooms, good garden and plenty of parking space, close to the Eden Project, beaches, and National Trust properties, good location for touring.

Some dust and dog hairs around, cooker dials had no markings visible so cooking was an adventure, didnt impact on our appreciation of the house.

House and location were amazing. Goodies left for us on arrival. House was lovely and warm and super hot water for a long soak in the bath after a long journey.

We arrived in the dark and we could not see a house number, not sure there was one? A light down the side of the drive would be useful for when arriving back later in the evening.

Such a gorgeous house, beautiful decor and great location.

Nothing not to like

Really lovely, comfortable, clean and well equipped house in a quiet area. Easy parking, and very close to the beach. Charlotte went out of her way to make our stay special, with so many very thoughtful touches including a lovely welcome pack, toiletries and fresh flowers. Being able to stay a bit later than expected on the last morning was the icing on the cake of a wonderful weekend

Just wish we'd been able to stay longer and next time we definitely will

The property was clean and beautifully decorated. Someone really looks after it. The older features of the house were respected while giving a modern feel. Garden was huge.
