Lovely 3 Bed House Close to Carlyon Bay Beach!

House has everything to make your holiday go smoothly. Garden is lovely size with mature shrubs. Communication with owner was excellent. House was clean , towels and bedding good quality , all white goods very clean. Bathroom with shower over bath very good . Parking on long driveway alongside the house. Easy to travel from to visit other parts of Cornwall. Good pubs and cafes close by . Quiet area no disturbance at night. Lots of positive’s.

Some of the dining room chairs are damaged and not safe to sit on. Both beds are really uncomfortable, very low and dipped in the middle although mattress was very clean the bed frame and slatted base have no support, so really bad sleep, sorry. These were the only negatives but lack of sleep a major one.

Beautifully presented home with a thoughtful welcome pack and easy instructions to gain access to the property. Communication was very prompt and care was taken to ensure our check-in was smooth. Loads of room for children to run around in the yard and for parking off street. Easy walking distance to the gorgeous beach and only several minutes away from Eden Project and other areas of interest.

Exiting the property was a little tricky as a hedge blocked the right side view of any oncoming traffic.

Lovely spacious house close to the beach and the small port of Charlestown with a good selection of restaurants. Very convenient for the Eden Project and an hours drive from Tintagel Castle. It had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable.
