The place is beautiful and the hosts provided so much helpful information, and discounted parking.

Cleaning at the end. Had to wait for the dishwasher to finish which delayed us. Would be better if we could leave with the dishwasher running.

It is a beautiful house. The location is excellent. We had everything we needed and more. Excellent for a family or a group of friends. Alistair was very friendly and helpful. We made use of the recommended car park which was very close and also enjoyed the recommended restaurants on “Bishy Road”.

Nothing. It was perfect for our needs in fact it is my second visit.

We loved the layout and comfort of the property. All of the facilities were great especially the cinema area and kitchen/ diner. The number of bedrooms was really good for us and everything was clean and tidy. The hosts checked in during our stay which was a nice touch and the proximity to some lovely shops and restaurant recommendations plus York city centre itself was brilliant.

We did not dislike anything.

Very well equipped, great games and book selection. kids loved the games room. all rooms very clean and cosy. Cake on arrival thoughtful and tea, coffee & milk supplies. Owners extremely organised with communications and notes around home to work heating, locks etc. Felt we had privacy. Excellent location. Thank you.

Breakfast not included however very good local cafe.
