Comfortable and clean with sufficient bedding and towels.

Very little on the way of cooking and eating facilities No table to eat off except two small side tables

Location was excellent, nice and quiet

Could have done with a lick of paint here and there. In the bedroom with 2 single beds there was quite a big area of paint of the wall. Also maybe a few more kitchen utensils ie a corkscrew

Location was perfect. Clean. Tea, coffee and milk were a lovely touch.

The walk up the hill can be hard, get a taxi! Cottage had everything we needed for a lovely weekend

Nancy nook is a great little house, everything you need for your stay. Loved the added extras- milk, toiletries and a few others. Great touch thank you.

My only criticism was the bed, the mattress is very firm but again this is a personal choice and I'm sure many people will be okay with a firm mattress.

A lovely home, with spacious bedrooms, a good bathroom and a nice view of the Abbey from the top floor. Only a short walk into Whitby too.

Could do with better seating in the living room, as the sofas aren't the comfiest.

The location was good. Walking distance of the town. Free parking albeit on narrow streets. But not a problem to park.

2 flights of stairs to the bathroom. Double room on first floor. Twin on second floor. We chose the twin for easy access to the bathroom. Not a problem if you are fit. This was not mentioned in the details.
