Brae View Coastal Gem

Liked the space and comfort of the apartment.

Given wrong keycode to get into property. Luckily cleaners helped us out and gave us correct one after showing booking details.

The fact that the flat was warm and welcoming on arrival. that there was plenty of space including storage space. It was clean and tidy and it gave you confidence that it was well cared for.

I am being very picky. The parking in the road meant it was a bit awkward to get luggage to the flat. The steps can be a bit tricky for the elderly and although there isn't many, my sister who is eighty three struggled a bit. The same can be said for the sofa which is a bit low and lacks real support. As I said I am being very picky, for someone a bit younger these things are no issue at all and even for my sister where far outweighed by the pleasant nature of flat.

Carpets had stains on also bathroom had been used and not flushed when we arrived

Good location in Largs and the property was easy to find and access. The kitchen, living area and bedrooms were great. The kitchen was well-equipped for self-catering and the beds were comfy.

Unfortunately tgere was quite a bit of mould in the bath/shower and the bathroom fan could have done with a good dusting.

Key lock was stiff and awkward. Dirty cans under table, bathroom too small. Shower screen didn’t hold water. Needed a proper hoover.

It was fine but expensive, bathroom was small and shower leaked so blooming annoying. Could have left some milk. Had to buy my own toilet rolls.
