Location in Largs, and space of the property. All amenities were provided. Lovely kitchen.

Carpets need a good, deep clean. Basin in the bathroom is about to fall off the wall. The mattress on the bed next to the bathroom needs to be replaced. Duvets are too small for the beds and need to be replaced. Wooden floor panel in entrance hall needs to be replaced.

A cup of tea on arrival would have been great, but there were none. Also the bin should have had a bin bag. Also no laundry bags for bedding. No washing up cloth. All easy to remedy.

Warm, spacious flat. Good windows. Not draughty.

Some of the instructions weren't clear, e.g. how to lock the flat door (pull handle up first), didn't specify thermostat in hallway as the means of turning heating on not, as stated, mentioning the boiler and manual setting on "heating controls". Not sufficiently large pans, e.g. only one small frying pan (hosting 4 or 5 guests needs bigger pots). The other frying pan had a badly damaged non-stick coating making it toxic to use. Please tell guests in the instructions not to use metal implements and please provide the correct cleaning sponges for non-stick pans not the metal scourer ones that are there. Sofas are uncomfortable- sagging and squeaky. No way to make real coffee - no cafetiere or filter provided. (Couldn't find any filters in all of Largs). I would recommend buying a second hand cafetiere for your guests. Saw lots of them in the charity shops. One of the bedrooms wasn't thoroughly cleaned (dust bunnies in the corners and a bottle cap under the bed bed).

Clean, beautifully presented, location - everything was ideal. And lots of little details in the apartment which made the stay extra comfortable

Had an unfortunate loss of door key and couldnt get hold of manager so had to pay for a lock smith, even though there were spare door keys inside. It was nice apart from that.

Flat was comfortable and felt homely. Great location 5 minutes from the sea front. Would stay again.

Needed more toilet roll.

The location is excellent, in the center of the town, 2 mins to the seaside. Although there is no specific parking place it was easy to find in street parking very close to the door

The bathroom configuration could be improved, access to the shower might be tricky for less able people. Would suggest taking out the bath and replacing with a shower only.
