The lady who let us in is lovely and very helpful. Location is good, it’s family friendly and just a great, down to earth place to stay. Thank you!

Great location. Well equipped accommodation. Parking .

It was very well equipped, comfortable and light. It was close to a really good park/ walking area, ideal with a dog. It was also easy walking by the river into town

It was a bit noisy with the busy road in front but sleeping at the back of the house I wasn’t affected by it at night.

Near newark main street and attractions. Also to access rspb .

Description of ' cottage, not as expected as its photographed from back. If from front would see its in a row of terrace houses. Steep stairs. Wouldnt be advisable for elderly or person with mobility probs

Like home from home, excellent location, great communication with the host.

Nice lady next door to meet & greet. Everything you need to have a relaxing time. Enclosed back garden for your doggies. Main road at the front and large park opposite. Great chippy not far and try Blue Monkey pub also not far and dog friendly with welcoming landlord and locals. Greene King pub also close, they do carvery. Location was good close to town and all the amenities hence the main road, dont let that put you off though. Only thing I would say is that the stairs are steep, but there is 2 handrails, no problem for us. That's because it is a cottage style house. All in all, was perfect for our needs.
