Royal House Wolverhampton - Perfect for Contractors & Large Groups

A good size house plenty of room for me and my family, the person I contacted was really friendly and helpful

It looked a little tired but still good value for money

The property was not proper clean.

The property was in a fab location and the owners communication good when asked a question.

The property was really dirty, my children’s white socks were black from the carpet within 5 mins. I had to go round with a sponge and clean old food waste off of the kitchen walls, I also scrubbed someone else’s poo from the toilet when I arrived. Curtains hanging off of rails, the sofa covers were dirty I had to put blankets down to sit on and food and crumbs under the dining room table. Bannisters all brown with gunk which I scrubbed too. There was black mould in places. Couldn’t go in the garden as it was too unkept. Then my 6yo daughter went to the toilet during the night and the handle came off in her hand, she was distraught as she couldn’t get out and it took ages to calm her down.

Brilliant location..spacious homes good wifi..provided plenty towel toiletries pots and pans iron kettle etc..clean house..defo sound proofed..comfortable beds..even after our stay we needed some help that had nothing to do with the landlord and he helped..cannot be faulted and will be going back.

I think if they did an 11 o clock check out then its a 10 10 location but this is not a major issue

It was central and easily accessible via public transport. It was clean and suitable for the purpose we booked it for.
