Royal House Wolverhampton - Perfect for Contractors & Large Groups

Nice and warm hosts

Great location, just a few minutes walk to Aldi & Iceland. Near to the town centre. The house was very clean and very well equipped, particularly the kitchen. It's not stated on the listing but there is a freezer & a washer/dryer. Everything you need is provided, even dishwasher tablets. Matt was great at getting back to us when we had any questions and dealt with a few very minor issues really fast. He even went out and purchased egg cups for us!! 👌

If we were being really picky, it would have been good to have had more coat hangers. The beds were not very comfortable. 😟

The space available in the house. The kitchen was well equipped. Nice touch with the virgin box.

The on-suite bathroom shower wasn't working. There were cobwebs in the house. The bed clothes in the main bedroom were not clean.

We requested for 1 pm arrival which was accepted. The kitchen was fully equipped and we could manage our own dinner on most of the days. The dishwasher was an added bonus, it takes out so much of cleaning work. The property was suitable to occasionally hold business meeting in the sitting room with ample space. It has a nice back garden with table and chairs which couldn't be used due to rainy weather. There is onsite parking which is really good and Aldi is at a walking distance. Tram station, train station, fuel station and lot of food places nearby.

A centre table in the sitting room will be ideal addition.

This apartment was perfect for my family, it is 15 minute work from the train station/Bus station. Aldi is really close (5 minute work) and the rooms were clean and nice. we will definitely come back again.

Close to the city, shops.A lot of space .

The house needs significant renovation. The boiler isn't working, so there's no hot water. Many things are broken, such as the built-in wardrobe and the bathroom hose.
