Not enough glasses and tableware, the need to fully clean the property before you leave (by 10 am) public pay for Wi Fi

Was very spacious & very well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. There was also a lovely decking area with furniture. Was in a very quiet area of the site.

Nice enough but maybe just straying from nice into tired.

Good location overlooking the farm from the patio. Roomy and comfortable living area. Kitchen is well equipped. Utility room is well equipped and it had ample room for coats and shoes. Few steps to the front door from the outside but parents could manage them.

I would have liked another fan. The twin room got very hot during the night. Couldn’t open the window as it was easily accessible from the outside.

The hanging pendant lamps, of heavy thick glass, over the kitchen worktops and dining table are so low that anyone above 5'4" smashes their head on them when they lean over to cook or deliver a plate! At least 6 head bruises accumulated in 3 days... Other than that, the place is AMAZING.

Disappointed no bath towels but do understand that at a holiday seaside people could abuse them by taking to beach etc. Fortunately I had taken my own. However other locations where I have stopped do have bath towels.

*The weather was on our side. *Very close to lidl supermarket. *Washing machine utility area in "luxury lodge". *Overall neighbourhood quiet (apart from the bird scarer). *Bed comfortable. *Welcome pack with biscuit tea and coffee etc and a little milk left for arrival. *Easy to access the property from keylock. *Spacious property. *2 bathrooms one shower, one bath. *walk in wardrobe and en suite with bath, in master bedroom. *the view overlooking the fields.

Unfortunately the Lodge wasn't luxury as described. I think the description needs to be updated and truthful. There is no out door covered area as stated in description. Although ive seen this has been reworded to shaded are. You can see there used to be an undercover area, but half of it has fallen down or been ripped off. The outdoor area wasn't clean. I have seen on other responses to this that you do all outside work when the weather is better. I'm sure the company you use to "clean" this property could just go around the patio to clear the cobwebs and just sweep the floor to make it look presentable. The inside of the "luxury lodge" wasn't clean, dog hair in clumps on the carpets, cobwebs hanging from the ceilings, dog smears all over the patio doors. Of course when you book a dog friendly property you expect the odd hair here and there but not clumps matted into carpet. The hoover isn't fit for purpose 2 there but only one worked and it wasn't great. As it states "luxury" and for the price you pay (we paid just shy of £835 for 5 nights) you expect it to be luxury. I cleaned the property from top to bottom the day we got there and the day before we left. The reasons I've given a rating of 4 because it was disappointing. *cobwebs *dirty utensils, cutlery and cookware. (I put everything in dishwasher before I could use) *broken seals on shower and limescale. * dog nose smears on patio doors. *dusty in areas. *lodge not at the end like stated. *bird scarer blasting every morning from 6am. *no undercover area as stated in description when booking. *kettle needed descaling. *hoovers provided weren't fit for the job need better ones for getting dog hair from carpets. *not end of row, more caravans have been put there. Although it is a nice spacious lodge, it's not luxury because the finer details haven't been delivered and the description does not match the product.

The central heating came on. I didnt no how to turn it off. It wasnt needed Didnt have access to site club. They said i had to pay £15 - £20 for a week pass. I only wanted it for 2 nights so didnt go in there
