"A great home base for excursions in the area, including the Hastings Battlefied."

The location was wonderful. Everything we needed was a short distance away, including the beach. The small patio was a pleasant bonus.

The owners should consider installing air conditioning. The hot summer months in England are not going to get any cooler and vacation places need to consider having A/C now.

A lovely cottage. Very well thought out interior. Quality fixtures and fittings. Very comfortable for 2 couples. Fab proximity to beach and Old Town. Parking space a big plus.
