"Very helpful host and comfortable well-equipped property in an interesting location"

Plenty of food and drink options in the village but the kitchen was very well equipped if you wanted to self-cater. All instructions were clear. Informative guest leaflet. The property was all on one level so suitable for elderly relative. Stayed in March and needed the heating which was efficient and easy to use.

Very comfortable & clean. Contemporary. Nice welcome touch on arrival- Local handmade cookies & a bottle of Prosecco in the kitchen. There is some road noise but doesn’t affect your stay. Good comms with owner when required- over & above!

"Clean, Tidy, and Home form Home would recommend to anyone"

Easy to obtain the keys and the host was quick to send location and code of keys, there was a complementary bottle of bubbles and cookies on arrival. The Lodge was clean and tidy and smelt amazing, everything I needed to know about about the lodge was in an easy to read folder, the beds where comfy and I had 4 super nights sleeps. Parking was easy and there was two great spaces right in front of the lodge. Was the best Air B&B I have used for a very long time and I will be using the property again when I work in the area.

"A lovely comfortable lodge"

The Lodge is so clean, modern and comfortable. Everything we needed was on hand for a super stay. The host communities clearly and ensured that we had a warm welcome. There is car parking for two cars if needed, and outdoor eating space when the weather suits. We really enjoyed our stay and we will book again when we come back to the area.

"A little gem in the heart of the Norfolk Broads - highly recommend! 10 out of 10!!"

The Lodge was super clean, it was very cosy and it had everything we needed for our short stay. Beds and all the linen were comfortable. I would like to highly recommend The Lodge to anyone that is staying in Coltishall or wants to be near Wroxham. We will be definitely returning and I will be telling my friends, family and customers at work about this stay. 10/10!! A little gem in the heart of the Norfolk Broads. Our little 2 year old daughter did not want to leave, she calls it her 'Holiday Home'!
