A lovely cottage within easy reach of the main street, whilst still being quiet. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Would have welcomed some milk so that we could have made a cup of tea on arrival

Lovely little house close to the centre of Kirkwall. Easy parking nearby, two minutes from the Cathedral. Very close to local shops and restaurants. Very quiet neighbourhood. Great kitchen. Highly recommended.

Nothing much. A second WC would have been very handy for four adults. (Just tell everybody before you go for a shower!)

Beautifully and comfortably furnished. Very accessible. 3 minutes from the cathedral and 5 minutes from shops.

Not really dislikes, more a few small suggestions. With late arrival from the ferry it would be good to have a few teabags and pint of milk in the kitchen. Also a few toiletries such as handwash in the bathroom. Blankets would be a welcome addition to the living room. Please can you either label dishwasher/laundry tablets under the sink or leave in original boxes to avoid confusion?

It is a great location , just off one of the main shopping streets . Very handy to access shops and quiet to stay in . Parking was further up the road but no time restrictions . We were able to drop off and load briefly right outside .

The central heating control took a bit of getting used to (nothing new there ) but there was also firewood , coal and kindling provided which was very cosy.

Very clean cottage, everything you need was available. the location is right in the center of the city. A high chair and a cot are available upon request.
