Wonderful location, welcoming hosts, ‘well stocked’ kitchen (utensils/cutlery/coffee machine etc), very well presented property. Great for the family, lots of play facilities and lovely to be near the animals.

We had an amazing stay. The only slight downside (for us, and it may not be applicable to others) was that we didn’t find the bed mattresses comfortable. The same with the ‘main’ sofa.

It is a really lovely place to stay, lovely fields around and we watched the animals.

One of the sliding bedroom doors, came off it's runners and hit my sister on the head, unfortunately this door came off twice, so not sure it was on right when we got there, and also the shower in the onsuite bedroom couldn't be used as it was very very hot water and the shower wouldn't turn down, but apart from that, everything was fine.

"Idyllic countryside, would definitely return"

Location, privacy, tranquility were unbeatable. The owners Nicola & Mark were very hospitable.

The only problem I could foresee would be the lack of a washing machine if staying longer than a weekend
