The family feel to it and the privacy given to us. We enjoyed being welcomed by the donkeys and the kids lived feeding the ducks and chickens. The lodge was very comfortable and had everything at our disposal.

That we didn’t booked a longer stay here.

"Cozy, clean, welcoming and fun. We wish we’d stayed longer."

The lodge was spotlessly clean, milk provided for tea on arrival and it was lovely and warm. We all enjoyed watching the rabbits out the back at dusk and the children loved the trampoline and feeding the animals. Hosts were contactable if we needed anything. It is a great location for reaching local historical sites such as Avebury, or driving further to Stonehenge or visiting Bath. We’d happily stay there again.

"Donkey fun!"

This place was the ultimate country escape. There are donkeys right next to the lodge who loved coming over to say hello. We also loved feeding the chickens and ducks. Very good value for money

Kitchen had everything we needed except for oil. But apart from that we loved everything.

"Perfect family getaway"

Absolutely beautiful property in a beautiful location the property was spotless the hosts were so friendly and helpful. Surrounded by animals and a park that kept my little girl entertained for hours as-well as a full pantry of toys to keep her entertained. The decor was beautiful and the property really did have everything we needed from cutely to condiments and everything in-between. The surrounding pubs/restaurants were lovley and plenty of food places to order in too. Thankyou for the perfect break
