"My idea of heaven"

A little piece of heaven- got to be one of the loveliest places we have ever stayed, a wonderful welcome & kindness from our hosts and the most wonderful views of glorious countryside, add in farmyard friends and you are set up for complete relaxation - everything you could wish for in the property.

"Delightful lodge in rural location!"

We had a lovely weekend at Sunrise Lodge. Clean, comfortable, homely and very well equipped. Our granddaughters loved the animals and play area.

We found the mattresses to be too soft but appreciate this is personal preference.

"Lovely family stay"

The location, beautiful sunrises, surrounded by a donkey and goat field and chickens at the back. Lovely feel to the property, felt like home. Children loved the trampoline, treehouse and feeding the animals.

"Best time ever"

Absolutely everything. One of the loveliest places we have stayed in. The best equipped kitchen I have ever seen in a self catering rental accommodation. The donkeys were the highlight of our visit. The Christmas tree and decorations were a lovely added bonus.
