Lovely little cottage for a couple. Easy access to amenities. Log burner super cosy

On street parking but easy enough. A few more lamps in living room for softer lighting

It was very clean. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Over all 10 out of 10.

There was nothing to dislike.

Convenient for the village facilities and exploring the Peak District. The comfortable and thoughtful way the owners had equipped the Cottage.

A little disappointed there wasn't even a small garden, however, it didn't really detract from this lovely cottage.

The cottage was well equipped with everything you could need for a getaway. It was incredibly clean and very comfortable. We were able to park right outside the property each day, which was an added bonus. The area is quiet, not a lot of passing traffic. We enjoyed listening to the church bells each morning. The area is incredibly scenic, and local amenities are only a short walk away. Our personal favorite was the Star Inn, ate there two nights in a row - food was exceptional. We couldn't have asked for a better stay in a nicer location. We will definitely be looking to return in the near future.

There wasn't anything we didn't like - everything was perfect.

Well kept, clean and tidy. Had everything we needed.

The people in the area are absolutely lovely and welcoming.

No garden, but that affected us because we aren't walkers.
