The Old Pump House

Liked the layout of the cottage furniture very modern.

Lack of instructions for the heating, Velux window blinds remote not working, unable to retract blinds. Patio full of weeds, not enjoyable to sit outside. Main window VERY dirty. Basically the whole property needs some TLC....I.e toilet seats not fitted correctly in both toilets, Flush not working properly in the downstairs toilet. Pillow Partners, never returned our emails or phone calls with reference to arrival instructions .

Clean and comfortable, nearly everything that you needed.

There was no welcome pack to tell you about where to put rubbish or recycling. Also, the kitchen needed a toaster!

Overall comfortable and quite spacious

Not very well equipped missing some basics eg no dishcloth, washing machine liquid, no welcome pack eg tea bags etc. Hoover left by door. Outdoor area scruffy - no chairs and washing line on the ground

The location was good and quick and easy to access tenby

The thermostat downstairs didn't work so was very cold on lower floor.It Didn't even work on timed but upstairs was warm

Lovely property, great clean facilities. Very comfortable bed.

Bungalow was really comfortable and very cosy

The extracter fan had water dripping onto the hob the toilet seat in the main bathroom was loose and there were and there were a few other faults which will need fixing
