Comfortable, clean and well equipped. We loved the use of the log burner. A lovely environment to relax after a day out exploring with our dogs.

Lovely little cottage which had been well designed and used all the space effectively. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs.Tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and a bottle of wine were all a nice touch. The bedroom had plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. The bed was lovely and comfortable. The cottage was beautifully clean and had lots of information about the local area.

It was a bit complicated trying to understand how to use the TV and we mostly used our Iplayer log in when watching. We needed the log fire on to boost the warmth on the final evening as the weather had got quite cool - which we just about mastered!

Good location for restaurant pub and bus services. Excellent bathroom and bedroom. Plenty storage space and coat hangers. Good quality hair dryer and utensils/crockery. Nice welcome with tea coffee milk and biscuits provided.

Very noisy road nearby, sofa bed needs replacing (sank in the middle) and wood burner not working as expected but this may have been the wood we bought.

Cosy cottage with good facilities, very tidy & clean.

Cosy, made good use of available space. Convenient location for the village, bus stops, mills, canal and station. Good information from the owners. Good idea to request that a set of keys is put back in the keysafe in case keys are left in the cottage! Helpful housekeeper. Good blackout blind. Milk, tea, coffee, biscuits and beer appreciated. Would be better to make it clear milk is provided in advance.

Noisy road - but this was offset by the good location. Somewhat more expensive than similar properties in Cromford.

Very clean and very well presented property couldn't recommend this place enough.

The cottage was very comfortable exceptionally clean and had all the amenities that you would wish for.

The only slight issue was sometimes the noise from the passing traffic
