Lovely, cosy cottage. Immaculately clean and in a really.good location for local walks etc. Well equipped kitchen and beautifully furnished. Really comfortable for a couple for a few nights, very relaxing overall.

The road is busy with lorries. If you're a little claustrophobic, probably not for you as it is small and only has one enterance/exit. Its an old cottage so to be expected.

Lovely cosy cottage and extremely comfortable bed. Well stocked kitchen comfy sofa and great fire. We had a really enjoyable stay.

Took quite a while to heat up. A fairly dark property - fine in winter, but maybe not so good in summer.

"Perfect short break"

A lovely little compact cottage. Very cosy with the log burner and candles. Milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and a bottle of wine a very pleasant surprise thank you. Bed was very comfortable and we had great sleep for the 2 nights we were there. Books, games available. Close to some lovely walks and Cromford was lovely with some nice pubs and eateries. A very relaxing break.

"Cosy, Clean, Cute Cottage."

Everything about the cottage was fantastic, super cute, and cosy. It also had all the basics needed from day to day which was an added bonus (salt, pepper, kitchen tissues, etc.) And complimentary wine which was a lovely touch!

Although the location is fabulous and easy to venture out to all the lovely spots we wanted to visit, the cottage is right by a main road which has ongoing uphill traffic - being a light sleeper I honestly had no sleep the first night. I did slowly get used to the noise and every night got slightly better but I did wish I know this beforehand.
