"Great location and comfortable"

Location right in centre of Helmsley so everything very close. Spacious with large TV Parking is a bonus.

A couple of minor things. Soap and paper towels for kitchen would be useful. Bathroom door needs oiling. A small table next to sofa to put a drink in lounge would be nice. The shop next door has its sign squeaking which is noisy in wind and very close to bedroom so they need to be informed.

Great location, lovely house, stayed very cool downstairs even though it was 32 outside!

Could have been a little cleaner and some fans for bedrooms would be appreciated for summer.
