The Old Post Office - Central Helmsley with Parking

Location was fabulous. Comfortable and handy to access Netflix after busy day.

Would be handy to have towel hook in downstairs toilet. Outside are bit run down and disappointing. Two of us but could cater for 4. Not enough crockery. No matches to light wood burner and it hadn't been cleaned out.

It was a good central location to the town and v close to our event. We liked the shower. The beds were comfortable

The car parking was a problem as the lock didn’t work on the gate which caused a lot of problems for other guests in other apartments who were also sharing that facility. The cutlery in the kitchen was a bit wobbly. The dish washer tablet container struggled to close.

Gorgeous cottage in the most perfect location. Excellent parking. We loved it and will definitely stay again!

The location in central Helmsley was perfect. Loved the private parking as Helmsley is very busy for parking so it was very useful. The property was also beautifully decorated and cozy.

Great location, very close to the main square. Also good to have parking.

The double bed was comfortable but quite small. We were given the wrong key code initially but this was quickly resolved by phone call.

straightforward enough to find the key safe. Good directions. We didn't need the parking facility, however we did try the code for the gate but it did not open.

The bathroom area. The glass shower screen had a defected seal to the bottom and allowed water to stream out. We placed towels there to stop the water collecting, but it needs looking at.

A grab rail was needed above the bath to hold onto when getting out of the shower within the very deep bath. There was nothing to hold on to. Neither my friend nor me felt safe when getting out. The photograph showing the passageway from the car park to the property needs updating. There is no longer a sign saying “Quaker Meeting House”
