Lovely little base in the middle of the town, clean and tidy will be booking again

Clean and tidy. Just what we needed. Good carpark nearby. Great location, shops, pubs and eateries.

Could do with a door curtain, as the front door had a draft coming in.

The location is good right in the centre of town.

The facility had not been cleaned prior to are arrival, cobwebs dusty throughout. In the bathroom the shower controller was soap scum sand previous user scrunchies was this there. The toilet was dirty with excrement still in the bowl and the seat was broken. The bathroom floor was dirty and had pieces of toilet tissue either side of the pan and waste from the broken toilet brush leaked on to the floor. In the kitchen the oven had not be cleaned for sometime and full of grease and crumbs from previod use. The draining board and drying rack was cover in soap scum. The hoover provided needs emptying and cleaning itself. Prior to using the facility we went out and purchased cleaning products to clean and bring it to an acceptable standard to use. The milk in the welcome pack had expired nearly a year ago and was found on the window sill in direct sunlight. Over all the place needs a deep clean and repaintiing Whilst returning to the property at night youths were observe urinating in the archway adjacent the property. The area outside the door had numerous cigarettes butts.

Not clean enough, dirty oven and dishes left, other people’s stuff in bathroom, kitchen drainer filthy . Not good enough sorry.
