great location close to Alton towers and Aldi etc nearby

low cleaning standards. dirty dishes, rodent droppings, dirty grout in the shower, sticky floor in the kitchen, dodgy electrical tape hanging off the bedroom light, hot tap in bathroom sink broken and not fixed down meaning it swivelled over the floor when trying to turn it off which you done whilst burning yourself.

Lovely location, comfortable although second bedroom very small for 2 adults.

A welcome pack of basic essentials so we could at least have a cuppa on arrival before venturing out shopping would have been appreciated. Also only 1 loo roll provided for 4 people staying for 2 nights felt a bit mean. Broken tap in bathroom needs fixing.

"Quaint cottage in quiet surroundings"

The location was perfect for our needs. Very quaint cottage in a quiet area. Lots of nice little country lanes to walk the dog which was good. Facilities were pleasant & well presented.

The second bedroom is very small & cramped. We struggled to manoeuvre in it. I'm not sure that the bed was an actual double or whether it was actually smaller. It would be fine for children but I don't think I could have managed more than 2 nights in it. The main bedroom which my elderly parents occupied was fabulous, however.
