"Quiet country getaway."

Our host met us as we arrived with a warm greeting and made sure we were comfortable and let us know how to get in touch if we needed anything. The cottage was fantastic, beautifully decorated and very comfortable in a peaceful country location. Very easy to find with the concise directions given before our arrival. The wood burner was a cosy bonus after a day’s sightseeing around the countryside. Perfect for a quiet country getaway.

No problems at this cottage.

"Fabulous, homely comfy and warm in a cold February!"

Beautiful peaceful location and the hosts had gone out of their way to creatively furnish the cottage and decorate to a high standard. Very comfy, great artwork thoughtful touch with a fresh vase of flowers. Enjoyed the cosiness and log fire in the evening. easy to reach several places to visit, walk, cycle, eat. Hosts friendly and helpful.

Beautiful cottage, very cosy and relaxing. Jacky was very friendly and made sure that we were cared for and had everything we needed, which we did! The bed was beyond comfortable, probably the most comfortable we've had that wasn't our own, which was perfect after hiking all day. Stunning views, everything was perfect, we will definitely be back!

Jacky and George were amazing hosts, lovely little cottage in Sedbergh. Home away from home, with a furry little surprise outside on our last day (you really do need that squirrel food!).. Will definitely be returning :-)

"Wonderful NYE stay for some quality family time."

Lovely cottage with a log burner which makes it so cosy. Views are incredible!

It’s a shame the sofa bed isn’t more comfortable.
