"Pleasant stay"

Park lovely and quiet Hot tub was great Convenient for York

There were 5 of us so one person on the sofa bed but although we had the duvet and pillow cases no bed linen was supplied and only 4 bath towels supplied for 5 people. Also only 2 forks in the whole lodge which was really inconvenient. Both these matters raised at the time but not rectified.

Clean tidy, generally everything we needed was cosy comfortable .

Middle burner not working on hob, lock stiff in door. Tv locked to someone’s Netflix. Only two forks left so if we used one in food prep we had to wash up before we ate - inconvenient

t.v signal wasn't great so wasn't must could do at night as netflix has a code so unable to watch

No netflix code like the last lodge we stayed at on the park . So couldn't chill on a night and watch a film

"The lodge certainly had the wow factor. It was immaculate, welcoming and the hot tub was fantastic."

The tin opener didn't work and it was quite hard to open the door with the key.
