QATowels were overused and discoloured, the bathtub was full of mold, the carpets clearly needed a professional clean as they were full of stains, and the apartment smelled of smoke when we arrived, travelling with a toddler is not easy, and the reason we booked this location is because of how clean and new everything looked in the pictures, we also paid a premium for it and it was all clearly not worth jt.

CAIt was easy to get to and close to the grocery store and the bus. Was quiet despite being so close to a main road. Nice size kitchen and Comfortable bed (but there were hairs left from prior guest).
I did not appreciate constantly being asked for payment ahead of time, when it said payment was due upon arrival when booking and I had already provided my credit card information to book on website. They wanted me to transfer money instead of using my credit card, which I did not like to do at all. Also one bed had hairs from prior guest still on the sheets.
GBAmazing accommodation, very homely and owners are lovely. Perfect location for us and everything you need when away from home .... Will definitely be back again!

The place had not been cleaned to expected standards. Oven was dirty. Stain on duvet and sheet of one of the beds. Marks on bath. Floor appeared not to have been hovered. Signs of mold on the bath sealant and screen did not have rubber covering so water would seep onto the bathroom floor when showering

It was clean and well maintained, nicely decorated and had all the necessary facilities. The host was kind and available over phone to help with any questions.
